''The Third Eye'' is a chilling psychological thriller which follows Caroline Watts, a young woman who accepts a position as a games mistress (physical education teacher) at the prestigious Abbey School for girls in Western England. Upon her arrival, she discovers a series of unsettling truths. Her predecessor died suddenly in her bed, with local rumors whispering she died of pure fright. The school's headmistress, Mrs. Nash, is being heavily manipulated and financially drained by an odious matron named Miss Yaxley-Moore. Miss Yaxley-Moore claims to hold séances and communicate with the dead using her supernatural "third eye".
